Humanity Needs Socialism!
Lets make May Day a day of struggle for Socialism and Better World
The working class all over the world celebrates May Day as a day of the international protest against exploitation, inequality, deprivation, and militarism maintained by the capitalist system against millions of people. Amidst the protests of this year and its political changes, one thing is increasingly becoming more obvious than ever before; humanity needs socialism today!
With the political changes sweeping the world, with the increase in terrorism and militarism and the huge escalation of deprivation, poverty, fear, insecurity, and anxiety of the future, cities of the world are witnessing massive protests of people from France to Italy, from Spain to Britain and United States, from South America to Asia, caused by the exploitation and the severe degradation of living standards for millions and to demand a more humane, free, and just world.
In Iraq, the political situation strikingly shows the Dark Scenario that the bourgeoisie had set up for millions of people. The capitalist minority which is protected by the Islamic, sectarian, nationalist, and tribal militias, armed with state-of-the-art weaponry, money, religious superstitions, backed by the US and the international bourgeoisie, is trying through the lies and propaganda about democracy to establish its reactionary power at the expense of the agony of millions of workers and deprived people of Iraq. The prevalence of the bourgeois perspective and its attempts to create devastating wars, terrorism and militarism, and to divide societies according to sectarian and nationalist lines, proves that the alternative of the bourgeoisie to humanity, and in every where, is an alternative against humanity.
The Left Worker-communist Party of Iraq, while standing at the forefront of the working class to defend its interests and its class solidarity against its exploiters, and for socialism, secularism and civility, stresses the importance of the communist partisanship of the working class, and to arm itself with the Marxist revolutionary horizon in order to achieve its socialistic goals and for saving the humanity and building a better world worthy of the human being.
Lets make May Day a day of protest against the two poles of terrorism; the US and Political Islam, Lets make May Day a day of struggle against capitalism and the capitalist system, which is responsible for the agony of billions of people, lets make May Day a day of struggle to achieve socialism, the hope of humanity for a better world, a more equal, free, and humane world.
